These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pro Partners membership platform, including monthly and yearly subscription plans, digital content, training programs, and all related services. By registering for a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Overview

Pro Partners offers recurring subscription access to its member-only resources through the following plans:

  1. Monthly Membership – billed every 30 days
  2. Yearly Membership – billed every 365 days

Your membership renews automatically unless canceled by you. Access begins immediately upon successful payment.

2. Payment Authorization and Billing Details

When you subscribe, you:

  1. Authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide, based on your chosen billing cycle.
  2. Agree that a valid payment method must remain on file at all times for your membership to stay active.
  3. Understand that your payment method cannot be removed unless it is replaced with an updated form of payment.

You are responsible for updating your billing information to ensure uninterrupted service.

3. Receipts and Billing Communications

You will automatically receive:

  • A receipt each time a recurring payment is successfully processed
  • Notifications regarding unsuccessful payments
  • Emails related to your membership status, including cancellation or access changes

All communications will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

4. Failed Payments and Access Revocation

If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, the system will:

  1. Notify you of the failed charge
  2. Automatically retry the payment several times over a set period
  3. Attempt a final charge after the retry window

If all attempts fail:

  • Your membership will be automatically canceled
  • Your access to member-only content will be revoked
  • Your user account will remain active so that your course progress and personal data are preserved
  • You will receive an email informing you that your membership is inactive

You may reactivate your membership at any time by updating your payment information.

5. Cancellation by the Member

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  1. Your membership will stay active through the end of your current billing cycle
  2. Access will be revoked once your billing period expires
  3. Your account will remain active unless you choose to delete it
  4. Your course progress will remain saved
  5. You will receive a confirmation email stating that your membership is inactive

Cancellations do not generate refunds for unused time.

6. Account Management

Members may update or modify their personal information, including:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Billing details

Your payment method must be kept valid and current to maintain an active membership.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Before deletion, you will be presented with a notice stating:

  • Your membership will be automatically canceled
  • All course progress, certificates, stored data, and personal records will be permanently erased
  • Deleted content cannot be restored
  • You should download any certificates or records you wish to keep prior to closing your account

Once deleted:

  • Access is revoked immediately
  • Your subscription is canceled
  • A final email will be sent confirming your account closure

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

8. No Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial use of a billing cycle
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Unused membership time
  • Interruptions due to outdated or invalid payment methods

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

9. Member Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Share your login credentials
  • Distribute or reproduce protected content
  • Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its functionality
  • Engage in any activity that violates these Terms

Misconduct may result in loss of access without refund.

10. Changes to Membership or Terms

Pro Partners reserves the right to:

  • Modify its services
  • Change membership pricing
  • Update these Terms and Conditions

If significant updates occur, members will be notified by email or through an announcement on the platform. Continuing to use the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pro Partners is not liable for:

  • Loss of data resulting from user-initiated account deletion
  • Loss of access due to failed or outdated payment methods
  • Service interruptions caused by external systems or providers
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and Equatorial Guinea without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
